Lynda Covello, LL.B., LL.M. is President and Founder of LPC Consulting International. Ms. Covello is a multilingual international lawyer, IP strategist and business consultant with over 23 years’ experience in the strategic use of intellectual property assets in business, particularly healthcare, IT and biotech. She advises on IP-related business strategies, technology transfer, licensing, commercialization, monetization, international expansion and IP-related transactions globally. She is experienced in conflict resolution, relationship management and negotiation.
Ms. Covello has served as both an external advisor to business and a member of the executive management team, giving her a practical and realistic perspective on the key issues and concerns facing business decision-makers.
Over the course of her legal and consulting career, Ms. Covello has built a global network of experienced multidisciplinary professionals with whom she works. These include lawyers, accountants, bankers, consultants, project managers, educators, and technical and other experts. She draws upon these resources to assist her clients to do business in all major trading regions, building situation-specific project teams to provide superior advice on issues that cross borders, cultures and disciplines.

Ms. Covello graduated with B.A. (Hons.) in International Relations from the University of Toronto, and an LL.B. and LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. She is a Member of the Ontario Bar and speaks French, Spanish and Italian.
Ms. Covello has held various roles with Licensing Executives Society (LES) (USA & Canada) and Licensing Executives Society International (LESI), including Canada Regional Vice President,(USA & Canada), and is current Chair of the LESI Standard Licensing Agreements Committee.
Ms. Covello is an instructor and speaker on various legal and business topics at conferences in North America and Europe. She is an annual guest-lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto.
