Most Recent IP Publications: IP Strategies for the 21st Century Corporation

San Diego, Calif. –  IPmetrics has announced the publication by John Wiley of a new book entitled “Intellectual Property Strategies for the 21st Century Corporation” edited by Lanning Bryer, Scott Lebson and Matthew Asbell of Ladas & Parry LLP. This book is the first in a two-part series designed for senior decision makers, executives, general/corporate counsel and IP counsel to provide greater insight into the contemporary issues facing those who have a role to play in the ownership and management of corporate IP rights in the 21st century. IPmetrics' President, David Drews, contributed to this publication writing the chapter on Properly Evaluating an M&A Target with Intellectual Property Rights.
